The Baptist Churches of SA supports pastors and their families through Regional Ministers.  Regional Ministers offer pastoral care in times of crisis regular visitation and giving attention to the health and well being of Pastors and the churches. Regional Ministers are part of the team of people working together to encourage, support, influence and extend the life and mission of the churches.

Through the Ministry Team, there are opportunities for relational and spiritual enrichment: prayer days and retreats, marriage enrichment, facilitation of ministry networks (e.g. health chaplains, local ministry teams), consultancy and working with local Church leadership groups.
