There are two camps for two different age groups – teens in Years 7-10 will head to Mylor Adventure Camp, while our Year 11s and 12s will be going to Wirraway Homestead! This means that we can cater more directly to the teens in each age group, and provide more focused discipleship and community.

Why are there two Easter Camps this year?

We are so excited that our format for Easter Camp is changing in 2021! We will provide two camps for two different age groups – teens in Years 7-10 will head to Mylor Adventure Camp, while our Year 11s and 12s will be going to Wirraway Homestead! This means that we can cater more directly to the teens in each age group, and provide more focused discipleship and community. It also helps us to manage restrictions around camp sizing etc!

When do registrations open and close?

Registrations open in January 2021. This year, to keep things simple, we will not be offering Early Bird pricing, but please put your registration in ASAP to avoid disappointment as there are limited places available.

Why is there no bus option?

This year, we will not be offering the bus that previously transported campers to and from camp.  Please make sure to organise your own way to camp! If you are struggling to find transport, we recommend checking in with your local Baptist church to see if you can hitch a ride!

Can I get a refund?

Refunds will be given up to the closing date for registrations. All registrations that are cancelled before the registration closing date will incur a $20 administration fee.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellation past the registration closing date.

Are payment plans or afterpay available?

Full payment with credit card will be required during registration, however if finances are a problem or you have any questions please call the office on (08) 8357 1755 or email events@sabaptist.asn.au.

What happens if I am sick and can't come to camp?

Due to COVID-19, we ask you to stay home if you are unwell. If you would like a refund due to this, please provide us with a doctors certificate prior to camp.

When will I receive more information about camp?

When you register, we’ll send you an email with the information you need to know initially. 

In the weeks leading up to camp, we’ll send an email including what to bring and which tribe you’ll be in.
