For Years 11-12

This year’s Easter Camps: complete with worship, games, Bible talks, friends and friends and friends, and food. You won’t want to leave.

Year 11-12s will head to Wirraway Homestead, where amongst all the fun and games, campers will discover what it means for Jesus to have taken on flesh and blood and experienced deeply what it means to be human.

Parents, we find Easter Camps can truly be a defining life experience for a lot of campers. It’s a time of great spiritual growth, Biblical truths, and making lasting friendships with other campers.

Frequently asked questions

When do registrations open and close?

Registrations open on February 5th!

Are payment plans or afterpay available?

Full payment with credit card will be required during registration, however if finances are a problem or you have any questions please call the office on (08) 8357 1755 or email events@sabaptist.asn.au.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds will be given up to two weeks before Easter Camp begins (15 March). All registrations that are cancelled before the registration closing date will incur a $20 administration fee.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellation past March 15.

When will I receive more information about camp?

When you register, we’ll send you an email with the information you need to know initially.

In the week leading up to camp, we’ll send an email including what to bring and which tribe you’ll be in.

Are buses being organised?

This year, we will not be offering the bus that previously transported campers to and from camp.  Please make sure to organise your own way to camp! If you are struggling to find transport, we recommend checking in with your local Baptist church to see if you can hitch a ride!

Why are there two Easter Camps?
We provide two camps for two different age groups – Year 7-10s will head to Mylor Adventure Camp, while our Year 11s and 12s go to Wirraway Homestead! This means that we can cater more directly to each age group, and provide more focused discipleship and community.

Catering Volunteers

We are once again on the hunt for some volunteers to help out in the kitchen at both our Mylor and Wirraway camps. This involves general kitchen support like chopping, peeling, serving food, and clean up under the supervision of the campsite cooks. If you or those in your church have a heart for serving and some spare time over the Easter weekend, please consider putting your hand up to help out! Volunteers will need a current Working With Children Check and some form of child protection training. Contact Mary at mackers@bcsant.org.au for more information.
