You can look forward to hearing Victor Owuor (DOM, Baptist Churches WA), speak on the tension between focusing on our own spiritual development and developing our ministry.

More About Victor

Victor is the Director of Ministries for Baptist Churches Western Australia, providing spiritual and strategic leadership to BCWA through the team at the Baptist Ministry Centre.

Victor has a range of leadership experiences. He was the multicultural consultant for BCWA for seven years, a local church pastor for five years, and a Bible college lecturer for six years. He has also served on the board of a Christian school for two years and a director for Baptistcare WA for one year.

Victor is committed to leading a Christ-Centred life, using his gifts to serve the community around him. Victor and his family are from Kenya. He is married to Mary, and they have two adult children, Jesse and Joy. For his leisure, Victor enjoys walking.

ACCOMMODATION

Please note, your registration does not include accommodation, however rooms can be booked through Hahndorf Resort if you would like to stay onsite.

They have some rooms set aside for us, so please ring them ASAP on 8388 7921 and say you are part of the Baptist Churches booking to secure your accommodation.

Rooms need to be booked by 21st June.

If you would like to stay elsewhere, please organise your own accommodation. You might like to book a room for yourself, or take the chance to share a house with your team.
